Ingredients

All Purpose Eikorn Flour Snickerdooles

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Cream of tarter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  

Einkorn Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough

  • Cream together butter and sugar.  Add the eggs and mix again.  Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Roll In Cinnamon Sugar

  • In a small bowl, mix together the ¼ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  • Roll the cookie dough into 1 ¼" balls and roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.  
  •  Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, about 3 inches apart, and space evenly on the baking sheet. There should be about 12 cookies on the baking sheet.

Bake

  • Bake in a 350-degree oven for 8-11 minutes or till just golden brown on the edges.  Take the cookies out of the oven and let them sit for 2-5 minutes.  Transfer the cookies on a cooling rack.  Enjoy!

Store

  • Place in a ziplock bag or other covered container when fully cooled to keep them soft and chewy.
