All Purpose Eikorn Flour Snickerdooles
- ½ Cup Butter
- 1 ½ Cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 teaspoon Cream of tarter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Sugar
Einkorn Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix again. Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Roll In Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix together the ¼ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Roll the cookie dough into 1 ¼" balls and roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, about 3 inches apart, and space evenly on the baking sheet. There should be about 12 cookies on the baking sheet.
